GlucoVista Glucometer
A brief description of its technology on its website states:
The CGM-305 is a wearable, continuous non-invasive glucometer that reports the glucose level in the blood by capturing the natural thermal infra-red radiation emitted from the glucose in the blood of a human body in specific wave-lengths. This methodology of glucose monitoring is totally passive, thereby providing true non-invasive glucose testing.
I have been a diabetic for 38 years. I have seen many technological advances to manage diabetes. Information about noninvasive glucose monitoring seem to have lingered for years. I would be more than happy to test any devices while continuing to test my blood sugar using a meter to accumulate accurate information to move this development forward. I don’t have any confidence in any of the communications that have been circulated for years. I hope this device is real and not more information without any tangible devices. I appreciate the efforts that all have expended in attempting to accomplish this goal.
Could you send me information as to how much this would cost to purchase or fund thanks
I’ve been a type 1 diabetic for 51 years and have had problems with low blood sugars. I would love to be included in any testing of this device that will be done. Thank you.
Been type 1 for 40 years would love to test anything to make managing easier. Also have a son who has had type 1 for 18 years. Thank you
Have been a type 1 diabetic for 43 years and am interested in helping test any CGM type devise to further these studies to fruition.
This like all the others will never be released.
They always get bought up by the big pharmas.
Very very sad
Please allow me to join in on the request to test this product. I have reached out to other companies offering to test but have had no response. I know that Apple has a patent pending in the works since August, 2018 but nothing has been published about any progress being made. As a diabetic for 30 years, I’ve been searching for something non-invasive and about 25 years ago there was a website boasting of a watch that could be worn to test blood sugar and was supposed to be available to the public within five years. Twenty years later there has been no progress. It seems that if the technology has been tried for that long, some progress must hav been. made. is it the pharmacutical companies putting a stop to this?
