“I was just part of this clinical study testing a new home glucose test that doesn’t require ANY BLOOD. It uses infrared light using a small device that you slip your hand into for 30 seconds. They first tested my blood, had me drink a very sweet liquid, and then every 15 minutes for 3 hours, read my glucose level using first the device, and then verifying the results with an actual blood draw.
